I found Arhatic Yoga more than just a spiritual workshop. Often I used to get confused by opinions & approaches to spirituality. even understanding the books on spirituality & evolutions seemed to be difficult & sometimes conflicting. I suppose I had a wrong perception of spirituality & even I tried some meditations but I could not see myself improving in many aspects of life. In fact I was becoming very preserved & lonely. Arhatic Yoga opened my eyes to what spirituality really means & its purpose that is to become a better person who serves others. Many difficult concepts & symbolical teachings got clear. The purifications helped me overcome certain tendencies that would seem very difficult to remove earlier & even my meditations became deeper. My life would be so boring without Arhatic Yoga.
